主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术的护理经验
Nursing experience of endovascular graft exclusion for aortic dissection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the nursing of endovascular graft exclusion for aortic dissection, and summarize the nursing experience. Methods 46 patients with aortic dissection scheduled for endovascular graft exclusion were enrolled in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2017. The patients received perioperative nursing. Results Three patients had postoperative syndrome on the second postoperative day. After symptomatic treatment, they returned to normal and no other complications occurred. Conclusion Preoperative education, psychological counseling, and postoperative observation on patients with aortic dissection undergoing endovascular graft exclusion can reduce the complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
