Abstract
Objective To analyze the insecurity factors and prevention measures in ophthalmic nursing. Methods 98 patients with ophthalmic diseases treated in our hospital from March 2016 to July 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The questionnaire survey, the medical records, the consultation with the doctors were used to understand the insecurity factors in ophthalmic nursing, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward according to the problems. Results There were 42 cases of insecurity factors in 98 cases, accounting for 42.85％, and the analysis found that the common insecurity factors were the own factors of the patients, the unfulfilling nursing, and the environmental factors, among which the patients' own factors were the most influential. Conclusion There will be more insecurity factors in the ophthalmic nursing, which will affect the rehabilitation of the eyes. In the nursing care, the patients should be informed how to pay attention, at the same time the nurses should be responsible and ensure the environmental hygiene, which can promote their rehabilitation.关键词
