摘要

Abstract

The whole protein of Bifidobacterium longum was used as reference to investigate the inhibitory effects of whole protein in selenium enriched Bifidobacterium longum on melanoma cells.The results showed that when the total protein concentration of selenium enriched Bifidobacterium longum reached 100 μg/mL,its inhibitory effects on melanoma cells were significantly higher than those of the whole protein of Bifidobacterium longum and positive control drug 5-FU.Meanwhile,whole protein of selenium enriched Bifidobacterium longum combined with 5-FU had synergistic inhibition on melanoma cells.Furthermore,the melanoma intracellular ROS levels were determined by using reactive oxygen test kit.The results indicated that the melanoma cells treated with whole protein of selenium enriched Bifidobacterium longum could be significantly resistant to the intracellular ROS surge induced by Rosup.
