摘要

Abstract

The simultaneous removal efficiency of hardness and nitrate of scaling groundwater by aerobic heterotrophic bacteria CN86 was investigated.The experiments were conducted with sodium succinate and glucose together as organic carbon sources under the conditions of different pH,different temperature and different organic concentration.The single factor experiments indicated that the highest nitrate removal rate was achieved at pH 7.0,organic concentration of 1.5 g/L and temperature of 30 ℃.The optimal hardness removal rate was obtained at pH 9.0,organic concentration of 2.0 g/L and temperature of 30 ℃.As a result,the bacteria CN86 could efficiently remove the hardness and nitrate of groundwater simultaneously.
