红曲菌产荧光物质的研究进展
Research progress in fluorescence metabolites produced by Monascus spp.
摘要
Abstract
Fluorescent substances are widely used in medical and industrial trades.In recent years,one of hot spots is to find new fluorescent metabolites from red yeast rice.In this paper the types and mechanism of the fluorescent substances were outlined,especially the latest research progress in their structure,function of fluorescent materials and the synthetic mechanism of bioluminescence in red yeast rice.Besides,based on obvious progress in fluorescent metabolites research,the existing problem,the future research and development direction were also introduced.关键词
