摘要

Abstract

To illustrate the genetic basis of maize leaf angle and locate the relevant quantitative trait loci,using 289 maize inbred lines was commonly used as test materials,under natural conditions on the measurement of corn leaf angle, analyzing its traits,the results showed that each environment on the ear of leaf angle data normally distributed,and the data had very significantly positive correlation between the various environments.At the same time,the genotyping of the MaizeSNP50 gene chip was carried out,and the whole genome correlation analysis was carried out using farmCPU.Detec-ted in four environments the communist party of China and corn leaf angle significant correlation(P<0.000 01)of SNP, chromosome 1,5,8 of them in four conditions were detected and ear leaf angle was closely related to SNP marker.Com-prehensive analysis to filter out all the tags that were identified in 15 SNP marker loci associated with maize leaf angle distribution in Bin1.02,Bin1.03,Bin1.06,Bin1.11,Bin2.05,Bin3.04,Bin5.03,Bin5.04,Bin8.03,Bin8.04,Bin10.07 place.It is important to explore the genetic mechanism of maize leaf angle and accelerate maize breeding process by u-sing the method of genome-wide association analysis to discover the gene locus of leaf and the candidate genes.
