摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of microsurgical clipping time on prognosis of patients with high grade intracranial aneurysms. Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with Hunt-Hess III ~ IV intracranial aneurysms treated by microclipping in our department of neurosurgery from January 2012 to May 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the onset time of patients with operation time,divided into 40 cases of early(0 ~ 3),40 cases of late(more than 8) two subgroups. The general data of two groups of sur-gical patients,factors associated with postoperative outcomes,postoperative complications and the outcome of the two groups after 6 months of operation were observed. Results:In the early group and the late group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05) in the Fisher classification,the delayed ischemic nerve dys-function and the good outcome. Conclusion: The prognosis of the patients with high grade intracranial aneu-rysm with early operation is better than that of late operation.关键词
