视听联合分散干预对痔上粘膜环切术中血管迷走神经反射的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective: To explore a method to reduce the reflexes of the vagus nerve in patients with hemorrhoids.Methods:A single center randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted.200 patients under-going hemorrhoidal mucosal circumcision were randomly divided into experimental group(100 cases) and con-trol group(100 cases).During the operation,the control group received routine nursing,while the experimen-tal group was given audio-visual intervention combined with dispersal. On the basis of this,the changes of vi-tal signs and the number of vasovagal reflexes in the two groups were observed and compared. Results:Com-pared with the control group,the vital signs of the experimental group were relatively stable during the opera-tion,and the difference was statistically significant. The number of vascular vagus nerve reflex (8 cases) in the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group(18 cases),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:For patients with hemorrhoids and mucous membrane circum-cision,the combination of audio-visual intervention can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions such as vasovagal reflex and stable vital signs,which is of great significance for the smooth operation and ensu-ring the safety of patients.关键词
