电子束辐照技术在优良烤烟品系筛选中的应用
Application of electron-beam irradiation technology in selection of elite flue-cured tobacco line
摘要
Abstract
To select the elite flue-cured tobacco line with good quality and strong resistance to disease, 3 tobacco lines,LY 1306-A,LY 1306-B and LY 1306-C from the same background selection process were used as materials to be subjected to the electron beam irradiation and then the elite lines were se-lected among the treated seeds.The results showed that in the three lines LY 1306-A had better quality and stronger resistance to electron beam irradiation.Based on the fields performances three mutagenic lines AM2-10,AM2-12 and AM2-40 were selected from the progeny of LY 1306-A treated seeds.Re-sults indicated that electron beam irradiation induced the increase of the resistance to field diseases in the M2 generations.关键词
