盐胁迫对海州常山幼苗生长及生理特性的影响
Effects of soil NaCl stress on seedling growth and physiological characteristics of Clerodendrum trichotomum

Abstract
Annual seedling of Clerodendrum trichotomum from two different provenances of Shandong Pingdu and Jiangsu Yancheng area were selected to analyze the resistance ability under NaCl stress. The experiments were carried out by cultivating in a pot-experiment. The results showed that the inde-xes of growth height increment, biomass and water content in C. trichotomum from two areas were all decreased with an increase of soil NaCl concentration. When the concentration of NaCl exceeded 0.6 %,the plants growth was significantly inhibited, especially the provenance of Jiangsu Yancheng. In addition,the relative electric conductivity,the contents of proline and soluble sugar all increased with an increase of soil NaCl concentration. On the contrary, the ratios of K+/Na+showed a decreasing trend. Moreover,the threshold values of salt stress tolerance were 0.516% and 0.490% for prove-nances of Shandong Pingdu and Jiangsu Yancheng,respectively. It indicated that the salt tolerance of provenance of Shandong Pingdu was higher than those of provenance of Jiangsu Yancheng.关键词
