摘要

Abstract

A comparative study on the effect of pretreatment of silage maize stalks by(Instant Catapult Steam Explosion,ICSE) was carried out.The mechanism of ICSE pretreatment on the corn stalks chem-ical characteristics,microstructure and physicochemical properties of ICSE was studied by comparison with the pretreatment methods of thermal spray and alkaline retting. TGA test shows that ICSE achieves a 19.7% increase in maximum weight loss rate compared with boiling flow and a 21.2% increase com-pared with alkali retting,a 31.8% decrease in pyrolysis residue mass fraction compared with boiling flow and a 26.4% decrease compared with alkali retting.FTIR test shows that ICSE sample's spectrum has much more obvious displacement than the other samples, indicating that ICSE could change more obviously in corn stalks organic functional groups. XRD test shows that ICSE achieves a 29.4% de-crease in degree of corn stalks polymerization compared with boiling flow and a 26.1% decrease com-pared with alkali retting. ICSE has the biggest change in chemical structure.
