熔盐法处置高熔点垃圾焚烧飞灰重金属的浸出特性
Heavy metal leaching property of high-melting point MSWI fly ash by molten salt process
摘要
Abstract
The heavy metal leaching property of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash disposed by molten salt process was studied.The results indicated that molten salt composition,molten salt temperature and heat treatment atmosphere had a significant impact on the heavy metal thermal evaporation.The leaching concentration of Pb,Cd,Cu,Zn and other heavy metals in the MSWI fly ash was down more than 90%,which treated by sodium chloride molten salts contained 10% to 50% of calcium chloride at 900 to 1 000 ℃ for 2 hours,and it could be fully met the landfill standards,and meanwhile,the MSWI fly ash weight was reduced by 50 % than the original weight after molten salt treatment,which has a very good performance by using it as the cement active mixture.XRD indicated that the crystal mineral composition of the MSWI fly ash treated was including of alite and belite and alinite and calcium sulfate and so on.关键词
