棉花品种耐热性分析及鉴定指标筛选OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Evaluation of Heat Tolerance and Screening the Index for the Assessment of Heat Tolerance in Upland Cotton
为比较不同棉花品种花铃期耐热性,筛选耐热鉴定指标,构建棉花耐热性数学评价模型,本研究以13个陆地棉品种为试验材料,在花铃期模拟高温热害,调查花柱长度、衣分、孕籽率、单铃重、成铃率和花药散粉率,构建耐热系数,运用主成分、聚类和逐步回归等分析方法进行耐热性综合评价.结果表明,通过主成分分析将6个单项农艺指标转化为4个相互独立的综合指标,通过聚类分析将13个棉花品种按照耐热性强弱划分为3类,通过逐步回归构建棉花花铃期耐热性评价模型:D=0.145+0.…查看全部>>
