我国海洋战略性新兴产业国际化发展研究
The International Development of Marine Strategic Emerging Industry in China

Abstract
s:The international development of marine strategic emerging industries is of great theo-retical and practical significance for building a maritime power and for developing the marine e-conomy.This paper analyzed the international developing situation of China's marine strategic e-merging industry which starts late and develops rapidly,the industrial structure is constantly im-proved and the regional developing level is different.Secondly,it put forward the main problems of lacking of regional coordination and cooperation and exchange and cooperation as well as the ur-gent need to refine the government supportive policies.Then,the paper explored the international developing model of marine strategic emerging industries such as the regional differentiation de-veloping mode,the industrial technological innovation alliance cooperation mode,the diversified investment and financing mode and the international cooperation mode.On this basis,counter-measures and suggestions on optimizing industrial structure and layout were put forward,perfec-ting and developing institutional mechanisms,strengthening international exchanges and coopera-tion,strengthening capital investment and personnel training,and strengthening the construction of demonstration projects.关键词
