Abstract
China and ASEAN have been important aquatic trade partners with each other.On the background of the construction of the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road",the paper made a quan-titative analysis of the competitiveness and complementarity of China and ASEAN's aquatic prod-ucts trade by the bilateral trade integration index,export product similarity index,intra industry trade index and revealed comparative advantage index.The results showed that:the combination of China's aquatic products trade with ASEAN had increased steadily,while ASEAN were having a downward trend in the trade union of China's aquatic products;the competitiveness of China and ASEAN aquatic products in the world market and the Japanese market was stronger,and the competition in the American market was weaker,but the overall competitiveness had been strengthened;China and ASEAN had a strong trade complementarity with most types of aquatic products;neither China nor ASEAN had a strong comparative advantage in aquatic products,the two sides had common comparative advantages,but the differences were also obvious.Based on this,suggestions for further establishment of cooperation mechanism were put forward,giving full play to trade complementarity and enhancing the international competitiveness of aquatic products in China,with a view to promoting the development of aquatic products trade between China and ASEAN.关键词
