摘要
Abstract
Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Offshore Islands identifies the major contents of China's island protection.From rules and regulations'perspective,the paper insisted that the Island protection planning system,the island investigation and evaluation system,the island ecosystem protection system,the classified protection system,etc.,were estab-lished by the Island Law.The paper indicated the challenges for protecting islands,especially for protecting the island ecology existed with the background of vigorously promoting the construc-tion of marine ecological civilization in China.These challenges caused that the legal regimes of is-land were not connected properly with related regimes of marine ecological civilization.China owns numerous islands with various situations.It is necessary to implement the island list man-agement and establish the island protection list legal regime.By analyzing its significance in pro-moting the construction of marine ecological civilization regimes,the paper declared the island list regime was a vital approach to improve the island protection legal regimes.关键词
