池塘养殖刺参安全度夏技术研究
The Aestivation Technology of Pond Cultured Sea Cucumbers
摘要
Abstract
The paper summarized the characters of pond cultured sea cucumbers'aestivation mor-tality.Main reasons leading to this phenomenon were stated,such as the sudden decrease of water salinity and pH value,the increase of the water temperature,the delamination of the water, organic pollution and the physiological status of sea cucumbers.Based on these reasons,abundant of scientific and available measures were suggested to reduce the aestivation mortality,which in-cluded scientific selection and standard construction for the ponds,perfect preparation for aestiva-tion,manipulation of water quality,obliteration of aquatic plants and macroalgae,reduction of wa-ter temperature,replenishing nutrition and so on.关键词
