挤条成型Mg/Sn/W复合氧化物催化剂制备及性能表征
Synthesis and characterization of extruded composite oxides Mg/Sn/W and its catalysis performance in cyclohexanone to ε-caprolactone
摘要
Abstract
The forming process of Mg/Sn/W composite oxide catalysts was studied.The characteristics of the catalysts were determined by using X-ray diffraction (XRD),surface detection system (BET) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The effects of different binders,content of binder,different pore-forming agent,content of pore-forming agent and calcination temperature in the preparation process were investigated.Thus the optimum conditions of Mg/Sn/W composite oxide catalyst forming process were determined:the content of proper binder pseudoboehmite sol was 15% and the content of proper activated charcoal was 5%.The drying temperature was 80 centigrade,and the baking temperature was 550 centigrade with the baking time of 3 hours.Under this condition the reaction selectivity is 86.57%.关键词
