河北省抑郁症患者药物使用情况调查
Investigation of Drug Use in Patients with Depression in Hebei Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the drug use of patients with depression in Hebei province in 2012,and provide evidence for clinical application.Methods:During July 2-9th,2012,choosing outpatients or hospitalized patients with depression from all levels of mental health institutions that locate in 11 cities in Hebei province as the respondents.Using the self-made questionnaire to investigate the general information and drug use.Using the 10th edition of the international classification of diseases and related health problems(ICD-10)criteria to diagnose patients.Results:A total of 452 patients with depression were involved in the research,including 139 outpatients (30.8 ％),313 inpatients(69.2 ％),159 males(35.2％),293 females(64.8％).Age 15 ～ 81,average(46.1 ± 14.36) yeas.The‘first 3 place of drug use were Pa Rossi Dean,Venlafaxine,Seculin,27 (6 ％) patients combined 2 antidepressants,which were 2 different mechanisms of drug.Conclusion:The use of antidepressants in Hebei province in 2012 is basically reasonable,among which the new antidepressants are first-line drugs.关键词
