Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of stratified intervention of nursing based on suicidal risk evaluation on suicidal behavior of depressive patients.Methods:A total of 102 cases of depressive patients admitted to hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group using the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.Patients in control group were performed routine nursing,based on this,patients in observation group were performed stratified intervention of nursing based on suicidal risk evaluation.After 6 months of follow-up visit,the Questionnaire of Suicide Attitude(QSA)score and the incidence rate of suicidal behavior of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of QSA in observation group including the understanding of nature of suicidal behavior and the attitudes towards suicide,family of the suicide and euthanasia were significantly higher than those in control group(t =4.616～8.612,P＜0.05);The overall incidence of suicidal behaviors including being pessimistic and world-weary,taking medicine,suicidal hanging,knocking into the wall,shearing the wrist suicide were significantly lower than those in control group(x2=7.141,5.132;P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Stratified intervention of nursing based on suicidal risk evaluation can significantly reduce the suicidal risk of hospitalized depressive patients and incidence of suicidal behavior.关键词
