军校学员适应性现状分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the current status and problems of the military cadets adaptability in order to provide help for military cadets to better adapt to military school life.Methods:The research investigated 680 military cadets using the college students' adaptability scale(CSAI).Results:①The adaptability of military cadets was higher than that of ordinary college students;② Male students and female students had no significant difference in adaptability(P ＞0.05);③Military cadets in addition to career choice adaptability in different grades was relatively stable(P ＞0.05),the rest dimensions were significant different among different grades.Conclusion:Military cadets overall fitness is good;its adaptability has phased characteristics of time.关键词
