Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of nursing intervention on the psychological status and prognosis of lung cancer patients with cancer pain.Methods:To study the 120 cases of lung cancer patients with cancer pain from June 2015 to June 2016.They were randomly divided into study group and control group.The patients in the control group were nursed by routine nursing measures,while patients in the study group were given psychological nursing intervention based on routine nursing.Try to analyze SAS,SDS and VAS scores of the two groups and the quality of life in patients(social function,physical function,emotional function,role function,cognitive function score)before and after the nursing intervention.Meanwhile,try to investigate and analyze the degree of satisfaction of patients in two groups.Results:After nursing,the SAS,SDS and VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower,and the scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t =-3.423,-3.043,-3.026;P ＜0.05).The social function,physical function,emotional function,role function:cognitive function scores of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t =10.531,8.248,5.560,7.791;P＜0.05).The degree of satisfaction with nursing work of the patients in the study group(96.67 ％)was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group(78.33％)(x2=7.619,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can sig nificantly improve the psychological status of patients with lung cancer combined with cancer pain and improve the satisfaction of patients,which deserves widespread application.关键词
