Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:100 cases of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group were given conventional therapy and care,on this basis,the observation group were given psychological intervention for 3 months.SAS,SDS and MLHFQ scale were used to assess negative emotions and quality of life before and after treatment.Results:The incidence of anxiety and depression in this study were 20 % and 31%.After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly decreased(t =9.59,7.73;P<0.01),also the scores of the control group were decreased(t =4.51,5.18;P<0.01),but the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t =-5.14,-2.75;P <0.01),suggesting that negative emotions of the observation group improved better than the control group.The MLH-FQ scores of both observation group and control group were significantly lower than those before treatment (t =7.01,3.85;P<0.01).But the score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(t =-2.52,P<0.05),suggesting that the qua1ity of life in the observation group increased more than that in the control group.Conclusion:Psychological intervention can significantly improve patients' negative emotions,improve the quality of life of patients,which is an important adjunctive treatment of chronic heart failure.关键词
