裂褶菌对玉米秸秆木质纤维素的降解作用
Degradation of Lignocellulose in Corn Stover by Schizophyllum commune

Abstract
Solid fermentation technology was used to estimate degradation of lignin in corn stover by determining the content of lignocellulose and the changes of structure after degradation in corn stover,and the degradation products of lignocellulose were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS).The results showed that four enzymes related to the degradation of lignocellulose,cellulose,hemicellulose,lignin peroxidase and manganese peroxidase can be produced by Schizophyllum commune and and they could reach the maximum enzyme activity in the fermentation of 48-72 h.Scanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) results showed that the surface structure,crystallinity and the group of the corn stover were significantly affected by the solid fermentation of Schizophyllum commune.In addition,GC/MS results also confirmed that aromatic compounds,hydrocarbons and palmitic acid have been found in the corn stover after degradation.All these results showed that Schizophyllum commune had strong ability to degrade lignocellulose of corn stover.关键词
