摘要

Abstract

Microcystis aeruginosa is a common cyanobacteria and produces toxin called microcystin(MC).MC not only causes health hazards to aquatic organism,but also affects municipal water supply safety.Detection methods of MC are reviewed,including biological method,physical and chemical method,biochemical detection method and molecular biological assay.
