Abstract
Reverse osmosis technology was applied in water reclamation in acrylonitrile wastewater and circulating cooling water by one branch of Sinopec in Shanghai.The process generated large amount of reverse osmosis concentrate,containing high salts and refractory organics,which was difficult to biodegrade.Powered activated carbon (PAC) adsorption was used to remove organic pollutants from the reverse osmosis concentrate.The experiments mainly studied the initial pH,dosage of PAC and adsorption time,which affected the adsorption efficiency.Results showed that RO concentrate from acrylonitrile wastewater treatment and cooling water both reached the highest removal ratio of organic pollutants,when the initial pH value was 6,the dosage of PAC was 9 g/L and adsorption time was 2 h.The operation cost of PAC adsorption in RO concentrates was analyzed and the economic dosage of PAC was 1~3 g/L.关键词
