基于HPC的中尺度数值模式系统设计与应用
DESIGN AND APPLICATION OF MESOSCALE NUMERICAL MODEL SYSTEM BASED ON HPC

Abstract
In order to provide high-quality meteorological services for coastal developing,marine fishing,beach breeding,port shipping,and construction of Peaceful Sea Area,a numerical model of the mesoscale numerical system based on HPC is developed.The system involves the hardware,software systems,network design,installation commissioning and testing of high performance computer (HPC) cluster systems.This paper introduced HPC cluster system construction,cluster management software,job scheduling system and parallel file system.It mainly introduced the business process,model characteristics and schemed design of the application system,and selected a typical cold wave weather process for numerical mode application.Comparison of a single output of products and radar-measured product showed that the realization of the system could provide more stable and reliable information computing,storage platform and service product for marine meteorological forecasting and early warning.关键词
