摘要
Abstract
For the difficult question of keeping low speed stability in a forging process for a large forging press machine,a method based on adaptive fuzzy sliding-mode variable structure control is presented.Through the establishment of a mathematical model of the dynamic characteristics of valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder,the state equation of the control system was obtained and combined with the self-adaptive fuzzy sliding-mode control law.Then the self-adaptive fuzzy sliding-mode control function was established and the controller of forging was designed.The software simulation shows that the self-adaptive fuzzy sliding-mode variable structure control method can effectively control the low speed stable operation of the forging press,and can realize the precise,high speed and smooth automatic adjustment.关键词
