早期应用双重抗血小板联合丁苯酞序贯治疗急性进展性脑梗死的疗效分析
Effect of double antiplatelet combined with butylphthalide sequential therapy in the early stage on treating acute progressive cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of early double antiplatelet combined with butylphthalide sequential therapy in the treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 72 patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group,treated with double antiplatelet therapy,and experimental group treated with double antiplatelet sequential therapy,efficacy evaluation indicators,coagulation function,the overall treatment and quality of life of two groups were compared.Results The scores of NIHSS,edema area,hematoma volume,PSQI score and FIB level were significantly lower in the experimental group,the Bathel index,PT,APTT and TT were significantly higher,response rate and SS-QOL scores in 6 months were higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.01).There was no significant difference in drug adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The combination of double antiplatelet and butylphthalide sequential therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.关键词
