心理护理对肝硬化患者生存质量和遵医行为的效果
Effect of psychological care on life quality and treatment compliance of patients with liver cirrhosis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological care on the quality of the patient's survival and treatment compliance of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 82 patients with liver cirrhosis were divided into research group and control group according to the nursing method,with 41 cases in each group.The research group used the psychological nursing,while the control group used conventional care.Life quality and treatment compliance before and after nursing intervention were compared.Results After nursing intervention,anxiety,depression,mental conditions,daily life ability and social activity score and QOL scores of two groups were lower than nursing intervention before (P ＜ 0.05),and the research group declined even greater than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The treatment compliance rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (90.24％ vs.65.86％,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can obviously improve the psychological condition of patients with cirrhosis,enhance treatment compliance,the curative effect and the quality of life.关键词
