个性化护理对肾移植术后多尿期尿中电解质水平的影响
Effect of personalized nursing in improving urine electrolyte level in polyuria period after renal transplantation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the value of personalized care in improving the level of electrolytes in urinary urine after renal transplantation.Methods A total of 80 patients underwent renal transplantation in our hospital were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing such vital signs monitoring,psychological care,medication guidance,while the patients in the study group were given personalized care based on the control group.The levels of electrolyte and the condition of mental health were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The levels of Ca +,Cl-,and Na + in the urine of the two groups were higher than nursing before,and study group was higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of K + in urine in two groups were lower than nursing before,and nursing group was lower than control group (P ＜ 0.05).After 3 weeks of care,SAS and SDS of two group were lower than nursing before,and the nursing group was lower than control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Personalized care can effectively improve electrolyte levels of the renal transplantation patients,correct water and electrolyte disorders,and improve mental health level,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
