Abstract
Objective To study effect of rehabilitation nursing on postoperative functional recovery of patients with femoral neck fracture treated by total hip arthroplasty.Methods A total of 100 patients with femoral neck fracture for total hip arthroplasty in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (n =50) and control groups (n =50).Routine nursing care was given to the control group after operation,while the observation group was given targeted early rehabilitation nursing.The changes of visual analogue scale (VAS),quality of life (SF-36 scale score) and hip Harris scores were compared between the two groups before and after the operation,and the clinical efficacy and complication were observed.Results After 1 week and 1 month of operation,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than that of operation before (P ＜ 0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05);After 1 week and 1 month of operation,the SF-36 scale scores of the two groups were increased than that of operation before (P ＜ 0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05);After 1 week,1 month,half year and 1 year of operation,the Harris scores of the two groups were increased than that of operation before (P ＜ 0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05);After 1 year of operation,the excellent and good rate of curative effect in observation group was higher than that of control group [92.00％ vs.68.00％,P ＜ 0.05);The postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group [8.00％ vs.28.00％,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing has obvious efficacy for patients with femoral neck fracture for total hip arthroplasty,and it can effectively relieve pain,promote the recovery of joint function and improve the quality of life,so it is of great value in application.关键词
