循证护理干预对腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者情绪的影响
Effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on emotionsin patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on improving anxiety,depression and postoperative pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy were enrolled in our hospital,and were divided into control group and study group according to the time of admission,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group implemented high quality nursing intervention.The changes in anxiety,depression,postoperative pain and compliance were compared between the two groups before and after care.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).After intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS were lower than nursing before,and study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at different time points,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The rate of compliance was 96.67％ (58/60),which was higher than 65.00％ (39/60) in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively improve poor mental state of laparoscopic hysterectomy patients,reduce pain,improve patients'quality of life and compliance,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
