卵巢癌患者紫杉醇、白蛋白联合顺铂治疗的针对性护理
Effect of targeted nursing for ovarian cancer treated by paclitaxel albumin combined with cisplatin
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing for ovarian cancer treated by paclitaxel albumin combined with cisplatin.Methods A total of 124 patients with ovarian cancer treated with paclitaxel albumin and cisplatin in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 62 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures for chemotherapy,while the study group took targeted nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The short-term clinical outcomes,side effects of chemotherapy,metastasis rate and 1 year survival rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The short-term clinical outcomes in the study group was 72.58％,which was higher than 53.23％ in the control group (P ＜0.05).The incidence of anaphylaxis,liver and kidney toxicity,nausea and vomiting,and venous injuries in the study group were lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The 1 year metastasis rate of the study group was 12.90％,which was lower than 29.03％ in the control group,and the survival rate was 64.52％,which was higher than 45.16％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing can significantly promote the effect of paclitaxel albumin combined with cisplatin in the treatment of ovarian cancer,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
