个性化护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平及妊娠结局的影响
Effect of individualized nursing intervention on blood glucose level and pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of individualized nursing intervention on blood glucose level and pregnancy outcomes in gestational diabetes mellitus patients.Methods A total of 180 gestational diabetes in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (90 cases) and observation group (90 cases),given routine nursing intervention and individualized nursing intervention,respectively.And all the patients were followed up until delivery.Blood glucose levels and pregnancy outcomes before and after intervention were compared.Results Before intervention,fasting blood glucose (FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose (2h-PG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) of two groups had no significant difference.After nursing intervention,the observation group had lower FPG,2h-PG,HbA1c levels than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The observation group had lower incidences of polyhydramnios,pregnancy induced hypertension,urinary system infection than the control group(P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The observation group had lower perinatal hypoglycemia,respiratory distress syndrome and macrosomia than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of perinatal malformation had no statistically significant difference between the two groups P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention in gestational diabetes mellitus is effective,and has good effect in blood glucose control and better pregnancy outcomes.关键词
