医护合作型健康教育路径在儿童耳蜗植入术围术期中的应用
Application of doctor-nurse cooperative health education pathway in perioperative nursing of children with cochlear implantation

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of doctor-nurse cooperative health education pathway in perioperative nursing of children with cochlear implantation.Methods A total of 100 children treated with cochlear implantation in our hospital were divided into control group and nursing group by random number table method,with 50 cases per group,given clinical routine education and doctor-nurse cooperative health education pathway,respectively.The success rate of health knowledge,treatment compliance,sedation success rate,postoperative complication rate and patients 'satisfaction were analyzed before and after education.Results After treatment,the rate of health knowledge,the success rate of sedation and the rate of detachment of dressing,the incidence of complications,the good rate of treatment compliance and the nursing satisfaction in the nursing group of were 98.0%,100%,4.0%,2.0% 84.0% and 98.0%,respectively,which were better than 82.0%,92.0%,28.0%,14.0%,60.0% and 84.0% in the control group.Conclusion Health care cooperative health education pathway for children with cochlear implant surgery in the perioperative period can effectively improve the patient's treatment compliance and health knowledge of the master rate,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and greatly improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
