超声心动图联合256排CT心血管造影在法洛四联症诊断中的应用价值
Value of echocardiography combined with 256-slice CT angiography in the diagnosis of tetralogy of Fallot
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of echocardiography combined with 256-slice CT angiography in diagnosis of tetralogy of Fallot.Methods Totally 52 patients diagnosed as tetralogy of Fallot were conducted with echocardiography and 256-slice CT examination respectively,and differences between indicators and surgical data were analyzed.Results Diagnosis rate of 256-slice CT angiography was 94.23％,diagnosis rate of echocardiographic was 90.38％,and combined diagnosis rate of two methods was 98.08％.Conclusion Echocardiography combined with 256-slice CT examination can increase the diagnosis rate of tetralogy of Fallot.关键词
