摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between T cell immune imbalance and disease activity in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods A total of 45 patients with ankylosing spondylitis treatment in our hospital were selected as observation group,and 60 healthy cases were enrolled as control group.The proportion of Th1,Th17,Treg cell and inflammatory factors were detected and compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher rate of Th17 cell,but lower rate of Th1 and Treg cell than control group (P ＜0.05).The observation group had higher levels of IL-1β,IL6 and IL-17 than control group (P ＜ 0.05).Correlation analysis showed that ASDAS score was positively correlated with IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-17.Conclusion Ankylosing spondylitis patients are in imbalance for T cell immune and closely correlated to disease activity.关键词
