老年重症肺炎并发呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的护理干预
Effect of nursing care intervention in elderly patients with severe pneumonia complicated with ventilator-associated pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with severe pneumonia complicated with ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP).Methods A total of 80 patients with severe pneumonia complicated with ventilator-associated pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given routine care,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with comprehensive nursing.The clinical indicators,complications,nursing service quality score,oral hygiene,blood gas index,pulmonary function index and family nursing satisfaction were analyzed.Results The mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly lower,the scores of recumbent position nursing,airway nursing,enteral nutrition nursing,gasbag cannula nursing,oral care and ventilator tract care were significantly higher than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).The experimental group had lower the number of pharyngeal swabs,BOAS score,P(CO2) and PEEPi levels,higher levels of pH,p (O2),SaO2 and PEF,higher satisfaction and lower overall complications rate than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The clinical outcomes of comprehensive nursing intervention is remarkable in elderly patients with severe pneumonia complicated with ventilator-associated pneumonia,and it can improve the satisfaction,so it is of great value in application.关键词
