急性上消化道出血患者的综合护理干预
Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into two groups,the control group were treated with conventional care,while the experimental group applied comprehensive nursing intervention.Risk score of rebleeding,associated clinical parameters,nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the experimental group had lower systolic blood pressure,blood urea nitrogen,hemoglobin,other symptoms and BRS total scores than the control group.Mastery rate of related knowledge,and treatment compliance were significantly higher,hospitalization time was lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.01).The incidence of complications was lower,treatment satisfaction was better than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has obvious clinical effect for patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and it can effectively improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
