摘要

Abstract

To use surface mounting technology efficiently,and to enhance the efficiency of SMT equipment,proposed a manufac-turing execution system based on RFID in SMT workshop to increase productivity and shorten the production cycle,achieving workshop visual and fine control.On the basis of analyzing production processes and business requirements in workshop,the func-tional model and the system architecture based on RFID are designed.RFID-enabled real-time data acquisition technology and manufacturing process monitoring technology are systematic studied.Finally,an example of an electronic enterprise in Guangzhou illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the manufacturing execution system proposed.
