摘要

Abstract

Proposed a new processing method called the milling-milling machining method to realize the high speed cutting while the cutter body at low speed.Compared with ordinary face milling,the milling force of the milling-milling machining method is de-creased greatly.The total sliding distance were randomly assigned to each tooth.The milling-milling machining method has an ad-vantage in terms of cutting force and sliding distance,so the milling-milling machining method can improve the life of the tool while the workpiece material removal is same with the traditional face milling.
