摘要
Abstract
The effects of inoculating with various arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on the physiological characteristics of seedlings of different marigold(Tagetes erecta L.)varieties were studied through pot experiment. The results showed that the inoculation with different arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi had significant effects on the protective enzyme activity,malondialdehyde content,rela-tive conductivity and soluble protein content of marigold seedlings, and there were significant differences in these effects among different varieties. In the treatment of inoculation with compound arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, the SOD activity and soluble protein content of marigold variety LX-2-1 were respectively 50.69% and 32.27% higher than those in the control,and the ma-londialdehyde content and relative conductivity were respectively 35.47% and 44.55% lower than those in the control.关键词
