目的 分析肥城矿业中心医院2016年临床用药引发的不良反应,为临床正确使用药物提供依据.方法 回顾性分析肥城矿业中心医院2016年1月1日-12月31日收集上报的482例药物不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)数据,根据患者年龄、药物剂型、类别、ADR累及系统及主要临床表现进行统计.结果 482例ADR报告中,男性310例(64.32％),女性172例(35.68％).＞ 60岁255例(52.90％);以静脉滴注占比最…查看全部>>
Objective To summarize the adverse reactions in our hospital in 2016 and provide references for clinical rational use of drugs.Methods A total of 482 ADR cases collected in our hospital from January to December in 2016 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients' age,dosage form,drug categories and clinical manifestation.Results Of the 482 ADR cases,310 (64.32％) were male and 172 (35.68％) were female.Patients over 60 years accounted for the larg…查看全部>>
