3D打印技术在腰椎滑脱症椎弓根螺钉置入术中的应用
Application of 3D printing technique in pedicle screw placement for spondylolisthesis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of 3D printing technique in pedicle screw implantation of lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods Sixty patients of lumbar spondylolisthesis with surgical indication were randomly divided into 3D print group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). The operation parameters,screw setting accu-racy rate,spondylolisthesis reduction degree, lumbar JOA scores at different periods of postoperation, postoperative complications were compared. Results The accuracy rate of pedicle screw implantation in 3D printing group was 95.51%,which was significantly higher than that of 80.35% in the control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05).The operation time,the times of intraoperative X-ray exposure,the bleeding volume during op-eration,the postoperative drainage volume and the incidence rate of postoperative complications in 3D group were less than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences for spondylolisthesis reduction degree and JOA scores at postoperative different periods between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The 3D printing technique in the placement of spinal instrumentation in the depart-ment of orthopaedics can improve the accuracy rate of screw setting,reduce the operation time and bleeding volume, complications incidence.关键词
