经皮内镜下前路颈椎间盘髓核摘除术近期疗效
Short-term clinical efficacy of anterior percutaneous endoscopic cervical discectomy

Abstract
Objective To observe the short-term clinical curative effect of anterior percutaneous endoscopic cervical discectomy (APECD) in the treatment of cervical disc herniation. Methods APECD was performed in 13 patients with cervical disc herniation.VAS and JOA scores before operation and at 1 week,1,3,6 months after operation were compared. The clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated by the modified MacNab standard at the last follow-up. Re-sults The operative time was 40~70 min,blood loss was 10~20 ml, postoperative hospitalization time was 4~7 d.No serious complications were noted,such as neurological injury,dural sac rupture,tracheal or esophageal lesions, etc. All patients were followed up for 6~8 months. The VAS and JOA scores were significantly improved as com-pared with those at the preoperation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the modified MacNab at the last follow-up:excellent in 9 cases,good 3 cases,and fair 1. Conclusions APECD is safe and ef-fective minimally invasive surgery to treat cervical disc herniation. The short-term curative effect is reliable.关键词
