摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application efficacy of high viscosity spinal bone cement system (Confi-dence) in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods Confidence was used to treat 58 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures of 106 vertebrae. Results Follow-up time of patients was 12~48 months. Postoperative VAS improved significantly, compared with the preoperative VAS, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Leakage of bone cement was found in 5 vertebrae that did not appear obvious tox-icity of bone cement reaction,no symptoms of spinal cord or nerve injury occurred. Conclusions Confidence in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fractures is easy to operate,the operation risk is low,clinical effect is better.关键词
