老年患者髋关节置换术后假体周围感染的临床治疗
Clinical treatment of periprosthesis infection after hip replacement in elderly patients

Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical features and treatment effect of postoperative periprosthetic hip in-fections.Methods Twenty-five cases of elderly patients with periprosthetic infection after hip replacement underwent tissue pathogenic culture.According to the different stages of periprosthetic infection,debridement,lavage,one-stage or two-stage revision,and sensitive antibiotic were used in the treatment.Results All patients were followed up for 6~60 months. Among 25 cases,22 cases were positive for bacterial culture,21 cases were single bacteria infection, 1 case was mixed infection of escherichia coli and proteus mirabilis. The 23 cases were cured and 2 cases were died. According to Harris score standard after 6 months of revision,8 cases were excellent,7 good,4 fair,1 poor. The to-tal satisfaction rate of patients was 15/20.Conclusions It is very important to determine the periprosthetic infection pathogens. Appropriate surgical treatment and antibiotic therapy can achieve good clinical results. Prevention of in-fection is more important.关键词
