摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of total hip arthroplasty and artificial femoral head arthro-plasty in the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods The 60 patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into control group(n=30) and observation group(n=30). The control group was treated with artificial fem-oral head arthroplasty,and the observation group was treated with total hip arthroplasty. Harris scores were used to e-valuate the efficacy and limb function of the two groups at 12 months after the operation. Results All patients were followed up for 12 months. At 12 months after operation,the observation group with pain,joint function,joint motion and walking ability and Harris total scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the excellent good rate in the observation group was 86.7%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 73.3%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Total hip arthroplasty is better than artificial femoral head arthro-plasty in the treatment of femoral neck fracture.关键词
