髋关节翻修术中取出髋臼假体的简易方法

摘要
Abstract
Objective To recommend a simple and effective technique of removing acetabular components in the re-vision of total hip arthroplasty. Methods The 51 patients underwent removing of acetabular components in revision of total hip arthroplasty,punched out by drilling a hole through the posterosuperior quadrant of acetabulum and using the offset staff. Results In 51 cases with revision of total hip arthroplasty,the acetabular components were sequen-tially extracted,and the time taken was 25~50 min. The technique was non-timing consuming, minimized risks of acetabular bone fracture,the acetabular bone stock was preserved without loss and the components were stable. Con-clusions The technique of removing a well-fixed acetabular component is a simple,bone stock preserving,non-tim-ing consuming,non-costly technique.关键词
